Ruby here. Today I randomly went into Target to look for my sister’s gift for her birthday and like always I always checkout the $5 or less aisle at the entrance. Bam! Bam! I found these gems there and I was surprised to see accessories. 

10 bracelets of various designs and colors all for $3. If this was Forever 21 they would have been $20 something for this pack.
